Which forms does DoorFill support?
Today: PropTx Form 290 (Agreement of Purchase and Sale — Freehold). Condo, lease, and offer forms are in development and will be included in every plan.
Which MLS does it work with?
DoorFill currently supports REALM, the MLS used across the GTA and much of Ontario. Support for additional boards is planned.
Is my data safe?
Yes. DoorFill runs entirely in your browser: listing data is extracted locally, forms are filled locally, and nothing is uploaded to our servers. Your clients' information stays on your computer.
Do I need my own copy of Form 290?
Yes. You provide the PropTx Form 290 PDF you're licensed to use through your brokerage, and DoorFill fills it. We never distribute PropTx forms ourselves.
Do I still review the form before sending it?
Always. The review screen shows every extracted field with validation before filling, and the output is a normal PDF you can inspect, edit, and sign as usual.
What do I need to run it?
Google Chrome (or a Chromium-based browser) and access to REALM. There's nothing to install on your computer beyond the extension.
